General Anise going to war

my new work on Anise Tatlin, my most fav character in tales of the abyss! the inspiration of this scene was taken form an art of Popotan(seen in in a image board-or-some-other), tried experimenting with the hard light and variations, the colors and tones are more strong and vibrant since the light source is strong, i COULD do better, but for now, the extent of my knowledge from photoshop reaches only so much
